Terry Redlin – nostalgic landscape motifs as a 1,000-piece puzzle
Terry Redlin , known for his realistic animal and Americana paintings, was named “America’s most popular artist” by the art magazine USART from 1991 to 1999. His works are characterized by earthy colors, bright sunrises and sunsets, and nostalgic motifs. Even as a child in the US city of Watertown in South Dakota, Redlin was fascinated by nature and dreamed of becoming a ranger. After a successful career in graphic design and illustration, at the age of 40, Redlin decided to devote himself entirely to animal painting, for which he has received numerous awards. He has also created the successful series “America the Beautiful.”
