Michele Farella has been working with hyperrealistic illustrations since 1988. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bari with a degree in scenography in 1987, he initially worked at an advertising agency in Milan. He has always remained true to this form of design, finding inspiration in the US art scene of the 1970s. In 1990, Farella joined the Saatchi & Saatchi Group as an illustrator/visualizer and finally founded his own agency for advertising and editorial illustration in 1996. In 2001, he discovered 3D rendering and animation. With his great obsession with detail, he aims to imbue his images with poetry, originality, and uniqueness – the combination of creativity and hyperrealism is intended to appeal to both the heart and mind.
