Sloppity Bilepipers are infected with a particularly virulent plague that causes those mortals they infect to laugh until their sides split. Whilst this is hilarious itself the Bilepiper is also possessed of a great sense of humour and his antics amuse the rest of Nurgles servants endlessly.
