Alastor Moody “Mad-Eye Moody” is considered the most famous auror of all time. He was a pivotal member of the order of phoenix during the first wizarding wars. He was an auror until he was forced to leave his job due to his paranoia, yet he continued to participate in dangerous missions until his death at the hands of Lord Voldemort.
