Lovely is made from the finest cream mohair with a cute hand stiched brown nose. He has a red ribbon around his neck with a red heart shaped crystal attached and sits cosily in a red fabric heart shaped pouch which has Love embroidered on it. This little bear has the famous Steiff button-in-ear with a yellow label and is surface washable only.

The prices are good and was offered next day delivery,I chose not to use it as standard was free, but when the order confirmation came thru delivery was for almost a month in advance. I didn't realise this and only when checking I discovered that l had not been informed it was out of stock and there was a delay, and it would arrive too late for the birthday intended. It did arrive a couple of weeks later but l felt they should have have made sure l was aware of this on ordering. Otherwise all good - item finally received for a good price - just make sure sometimes customers know they will have a long wait

It was lovely experience, I've found what I was looking for, probably for a slightly better price for the item itself compared to other places, but delivery cost evenned it out. One star down for delivering one day later than was stated at the time of ordering. Luckily it wasn't an issue for that specific order. I'd come back I think :) thanks

Order the reusable sticker set for Frosthaven from Toy Street - hadn't ordered from them before but they were offering the best price among similar retailers. Checkout was smooth and the sticker set arrived pretty swiftly after a couple of days, well packaged and in excellent condition. Would very happily order from Toy Street again - particularly as I didn't even realise they sold board games :-)
